My Goals for that I am going to stick with this coming week:

  • No Fast Food – Not only will this help my pocket book, it will help my waist
  • Drink my 8 glasses of water a day – sounds easy enough, but I tend to get busy so this is where that nifty app will come in handy
  • Work out at least twice a day for 30 mins or once for 60 mins 5 times this week
  • Try one new healthy recipe this week
